I'm trying to take a recording from my PC and send it into a DAT recorder.
The audio sounds fine on the PC but when it gets to the DAT it has a "hum". Will the

Yes. The "hum" you are getting is most likely caused from the electrical
ground of the computer. The Pureformer will completely isolate the electrical grounds
of your PC and audio equipment and only allow the audio signal to pass through. |

Will the Pureformer eliminate the 60 cycle AC hum I have on my recordings? |

No. The Pureformer cannot remove noise after it has already entered
the audio signal. It will only prevent noise from entering before the recording takes
place. |
