What is the range of the Bluetooth transmitter/receiver? |
! |
The Daptor Three will transmit and receive audio signals up to 25 feet from your Bluetooth device. Because transmitting signals over longer distances will require more power, you should keep the Daptor Three as close as possible to your Bluetooth device to conserve battery power. |

Can I send and receive audio at the same time? |
! |
Yes, but only in HF (Hands Free) voice band mode. Keep in mind that the receive audio path on some phones contains Sidetone (a mix of the send and caller signals) while some phones provide a clean caller-only signal (no sidetone) |

How long will the battery last? |
! |
Based on our lab tests using a standard alkaline battery with the Daptor Three at a distance of about 1 meter from the Bluetooth device, the battery should last for about 18 hours under normal use. Lithium batteries can add 3 to 4 times the battery life, at 3 to 4 times the cost. As an indicator of low battery, the blue LED will grow dim and then extinguish a short while before the battery is completely exhausted and the unit shuts down. |

Can I use the balanced and unbalanced inputs at the same time? |

While there is no lockout mechanism, the 3.5 mm input will affect the balance on the XLR jack. |

How do I send full bandwidth stereo audio through my cell phone? |
! |
While Daptor Three has the ability to transmit A2DP full bandwidth audio while in Master mode, or receive A2DP full bandwidth stereo audio while in Headset mode, cell phones operate as Bluetooth Master devices, and therefore cannot receive A2DP audio. |

Why can’t I get the Daptor Three to accept a password and pair with my new phone? |
! |
If this is the first time you have bonded to this cell phone, you might be in Idle Mode instead of Pairing Mode and your Daptor Three is not being recognized. Please check pages 4-5 of your User Guide for more information about Pairing Modes. |
