Yes and No. The Daptor One should work with any wireless telephone
that accepts generic third party headsets. However, it is unknown how well it works
with all the different telephones. We have found that Daptor One works very well with
Nokia wireless telephones and Motorola StarTac wireless phones, but not so well with
the Motorola i1000. Some wireless telephones (such as the i1000) generate excessive
RF noise that will leak into the audio signal. Keeping the wireless phone at least
12" away from your other equipment, using the shielded cable we provide, and other
measures we have taken in the design process, will block this noise in most instances.
However, if the "chattering" of excessive RF noise penetrates these barriers the audio
quality may be unacceptable for professional broadcast. |
